1. Book Submission for Evaluation - If your Book is shortlisted during initial screening, you will be required to provide a PDF copy of your Book for evaluation.
2. Physical Copy for Final Verification - Shortlisted authors must send a physical copy of the book for final verification. Please note that the physical copy will become part of the award repository and will not be returned.
3. Author Promotion & Branding Fee - If your book is selected for an award, you agree to pay the Author Promotion & Branding Fee. Details are available here: - Click Here: Author's Branding & Promotion.
4. Processing Fee Clarification - The Processing FEE for Author Branding is applicable only for Authors who are selected after extensive rounds of verification. This fee is only for information purpose not yet applicable to your book at this Round.
5. Award ceremony will be held in Pune on 17th January 2026. You can attend that ceremony or receive award at your home by courier.
6. Co-Authored Books - Co-authored books are eligible; however, each nominated book may have a maximum of two co-authors. Books with more than two authors will not be considered.
7. Eligibility of Kindle Books - Kindle Books are also eligible for this award. You will have to send PDF copy for evaluation.
8. Publication Type - All the books self published or published by any publisher are eligible for book awards.
9. Nationality - The application is open for all nationality.
10. Reservation of Rights. The award management, reserves the right to amend, alter, modify or repeal any provision of this award.
11. Press Release Reference - Press Release 2024 (Business Standard)
12. Year of Publication - Books published in any year are eligible for Nomination.
13. Book Selection Criteria - We are looking for Books that matter and have the power to transform lives of readers. If you have that Book, please apply.
14. Please note: Your book's nomination is under process. Filling this Application Form, doesn't guarantee your selection in the next round. Selections are based on merit only.
